Happy New Year to you all! I hope you celebrated the end of 2018 and the start of 2019 in good spirits with family and friends.
For me, 2018 was a year of challenges and triumphs, both professionally and personally. However, as we move into 2019, I am excited to share how Conspexit accessibility technology and IoT will continue to transform the lives of people with visual impairments.
A Rocky Start and a Transformative Year
Conspexit started 2018 with challenges, including two passive-aggressive “rotten apples” on board. These individuals created a toxic environment that hindered the company’s progress. Once the toxic waste was removed, Conspexit flourished. The last half of 2018 saw a massive progression in the company, its technology, and its products.
In 2019, Conspexit will integrate its accessibility technology into smart environments across Oslo, London, and Zurich. From shopping centers to apartments, offices, airports, and trains, Conspexit’s innovations will empower millions of visually impaired individuals.
One highlight is our project in Tallinn, where new housing developments are being transformed into smart environments specifically tailored for the visually impaired.
Digital Innovation Center in Johannesburg
I am thrilled to announce the launch of our Digital Innovation Center in Johannesburg! After two years of research and planning, we secured the perfect location in late 2018. This center will drive digital transformation and innovation, creating a hub for collaboration and progress.
All agreements are in place, and this milestone achievement fills me with pride. Updates on the center’s growth, model establishment, and results will be shared as the project evolves.
